About Me
Hi, I'm Kirsten! I am an Australian trained and registered osteopath with nearly 20 years of clinical practice experience. I offer osteopathic health care for the whole family, with a particular interest in pregnancy and postpartum care and working with babies and children of all ages. I am also a registered International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). With this unique skill set, I pride myself on integrating the very best of bodywork and evidence-based lactation care and support to help mums overcome any obstacles and reach their breastfeeding goals, whatever they may be.
On a personal note, I am a mother of three wonderfully energetic children, who constantly keep me on my toes! I know first-hand what it is like to deal with sports injuries, birth a baby, feel the aches and pains from carrying children and navigate the rigors of feeding a baby around the clock! Originally from Sydney, Singapore was my adopted home for nearly 12 years. I returned to practice in Sydney in 2020.

My Background |
I worked as a senior associate Osteopath in a busy private clinic in Australia for three years before joining Osteopathic Health Care in Singapore in January 2008, where I practiced for 12 years. I returned to practice in Sydney in 2020 at Body of Life Health Centre in Frenchs Forest.
I am a speaker for Gold Online Lactation education, an author and reviewer for the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine, a member of Osteopathy Australia and am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I also coordinated and lectured in the Anatomy and Physiology program for Massage and Naturopathy students at TAFE Tasmania. I have given educational talks on Health and Wellness in the Workplace, Back and Posture, Pain, Injury and Illness prevention, as well as the role of bodywork in breastfeeding. I am also a regular guest speaker at new mothers’ groups to educate parents on how osteopathy can help with various childhood complaints, so that children can develop in the best possible way for a healthy young life. |
My passion |
I am passionate about education and sharing my advice with others, drawing on 20 years of clinical experience and my own personal experience. Educating you about why you (or your little ones) have pain, why it’s happening where it is and why now, is integral to finding immediate relief and lasting recovery. With skilled, hands-on assessment and treatment and a caring attitude, I am here to help you.
